As an Officer Maintenance you will:
- Independently identify prioritise and resolve maintenance issues across residences.
- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets WHS standards and compliance requirements.
- Deliver timely customerfocused service and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of works incidents assets and service histories.
- Support team capability share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
To be successful youll have:
- Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in building or technical maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude problemsolving skills and sound independent decisionmaking.
- Bring extensive building maintenance experience with solid construction and compliance knowledge.
- Communicate clearly under pressure collaborate well and manage workload effectively during autonomous shifts.
- Commit to safety continuous improvement and meet special requirements including afterhours work WWCC and warden training.
