Maintenance Duty Technician

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests.
• Maintain external façades and high-traffic areas to ensure the hotels always look their best.
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs
• Assisting in basic plumbing electrical hydraulic and air conditioning services.
• Paint repair and maintain internal and external surfaces furniture and equipment to a high standard.
• Prepare mix and apply paints stains and finishes using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Repair and install wall coverings caulking grouting varnish and lacquer finishes.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive knowledgeable engineering team.

Qualifications :

• A can-do attitude and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Trade qualification advantageous
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work across a 7-day rotating roster (penalty rates apply).
• Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
