The Position:

We are seeking experienced Packing/Machine Operators preferably within the food manufacturing industry. You will operate and monitor processing equipment and filling machines. This is a hands-on technical role which will require you to adjust process parameters to maintain product consistency and perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with production specifications.

Essential Experience:

• Technical Skills: Previous experience working with processing equipment automation systems and quality control principles.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods lift to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with production maintenance and quality teams.
• Availability to work day and night shifts

Desirable Experience

• Minimum one year of relevant experience - working in the food processing industry with automation systems and quality control principles is highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret production data troubleshoot process deviations and take corrective actions.
• Previous experience working with CITECT SCADA.
