At the same time youll discover family friendly hours great employee benefits and a safe working Role:We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Machine Operator Spoil Rejuvenation to join our Operations team at Springvale Botanical this hands-on role you will be responsible for operating specialised plant and equipment to support the processing rejuvenation and distribution of spoil materials across SMCT closely with operational and horticultural teams you will play an important role in maintaining site presentation supporting environmental sustainability initiatives and ensuring materials are managed safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of machinery operation and outdoor work can work both independently and as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality :Operate front-end loaders screening equipment and associated machinery to process and distribute spoil materials Conduct daily pre-start inspections maintenance and servicing of plant and equipment Manage spoil screening blending and soil conditioning activities to support operational requirements Monitor organise and maintain hard stand areas ensuring a safe and efficient working environment Support horticultural maintenance activities including mowing pruning garden maintenance and site presentation Load and distribute soil materials and equipment across SMCT sites as required Maintain accurate safety documentation risk assessments and compliance records Promote a strong safety culture while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholdersYour Profile:Front End Loader ticket with at least two years experience operating loaders or similar heavy machinery Experience operating machinery safely in busy operational environments with pedestrian and vehicle traffic Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance Experience maintaining diesel machinery and conducting routine equipment checks Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing competing priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach Ability to identify hazards solve problems and take ownership of operational outcomes Current unrestricted Australian Driver LicenceWhats on Offer:We offer a fulfilling career with exceptional personal and professional growth opportunities along with a comprehensive range of benefits including:16 RDOs per yearLeadership and Development programsFlexible working Health Wellbeing and Assistance Programs including complimentary onsite physio services.A range of leave entitlements including; 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 6 weeks for secondary carersReproductive Health and Wellbeing leaveGender Affirmation leaveCultural/Ceremonial leaveThe opportunity to purchase additional annual available at our employee café and onsite meet every requirement We still encourage you to apply your unique strengths might be just what we care for our colleagues and the community we serve.
