About the role:

In this role youll be the friendly voice supporting LOréal customers across a range of enquiries. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service primarily through inbound phone calls as well as email correspondence and live chat
• Representing a global cosmetics brand with professionalism warmth and care
• Helping customers feel heard supported and confident with the information they receive
• Be responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout
• Keeping up to date with beauty haircare skincare and social trends

About you:

Were looking for people who are passionate about beauty customer experience and creating positive moments for customer

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in the beauty industry
• Previous experience in retail and/or call centre environment (highly regarded)
• Passion for beauty haircare skincare cosmetics and emerging industry trends
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer and systems literacy SAP experience desirable
• Proficiency in social media and online platforms
• Self-motivated have a positive attitude and are a team player
• Availability to work a combination of weekdays and weekends.
