The role will involve working across ECAs higher education institutions: the Asia Pacific International College (APIC) the Higher Education Leadership Institute (HELI)and the College of Health Sciences(CHS).

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation and administration of the ECA Melbourne Campus Libraryconjunction
- Provide library training to on campus and online studentsvia workshopswebinarsand individual consultations
- Provide library support and guidance to staff
- Contribute to the planning scheduling and creation of communications and promotionregardinglibrary services and resources
- Maintain records on activities undertaken by the library team
- Contribute to planning documentation and review processes of services procedurestoolsand systems and implement recommendations for improvement asrequired
- Contribute to the wider goalsinitiativesand projects relevant to the libraryand learning and teachingteam
As the successful candidate you willideally have:
- Capacity to provide academic skills support via workshopswebinarsand individual consultations and to develop learning support materials and resources
- Capacity and willingness to learnnew technology
- Capacity to develop effective working relationships with academic teaching staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
