About the opportunity

• Contribute to excellence in teaching research and higher degree supervision in secondary initial teacher education / postgraduate education studies.
• Contribute to a range of teaching and curriculum innovations across the School and undertake unit / course coordination.
• As required contribute to the Schools offshore programs.

About you

• A completed doctorate in the field of Education or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative high-quality teaching assessment and materials for units and courses in secondary teacher education / postgraduate education studies.
• A demonstrated track record or emerging track record of excellence in research evidenced by peer-reviewed journal articles published in high-quality journals.
• Demonstrated evidence of successful supervision / co-supervision of HDR students and an emerging track record of successful competitive funding relative to opportunity.
• Demonstrated experience of engagements that promote research and/or education outcomes.
