About the Role

Ready to turn strategy into action As Shifts Learning & Development Manager youll embed our capability framework and drive programs that unlock talent across the business. Youll be both strategist and hands-on builder - champion AI in L&D launch practical programs (from onboarding to coaching) and make learning an everyday advantage.

What Youll Do:

• Diagnose team needs and launch impactful programs - fast.

• Embed capability frameworks into recruitment onboarding and growth.

• Pilot AI tools that power development plans.

• Support and evolve our manager development offering.

• Boost or reset our online learning platform - your call.

• Track and share visible progress celebrating wins.
