Description

We are now looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our highly skilled People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager QTMP you will work closely with key stakeholders across the QTMP project as well as external partners to coordinate and support Learning & Development objectives. You will be accountable for:

  • Developing strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifying and advising of training needs across the Project
  • Supporting development and implementation of training programs
  • Coordinate implementation of structured entry programs for QTMP such as traineeship and apprenticeship programs
  • Daily administrative and regular reporting duties within the LMS

This is a fulltime permanent role and is based in Brisbane QLD

About You:

  • Possess Cert IV in Training & Assessment
  • Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field (advantageous)
  • 2 years demonstrated experience in management of structured entry programs
  • Sound ability to operate Learning Management Systems
  • Highly dynamic and responsive to stakeholder needs
