About the Role

Creating Brighter Futures is seeking experienced self-directed professionals to work independently within the leadership development and digital education sector.
This remote contractor role involves communicating with prospective customers providing information about established personal and professional development programs and supporting individuals through the enquiry and enrolment process.
This is an independent contractor position with commission-based compensation. It is not salaried employment. There is no base salary hourly wage or guaranteed income.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers who are interested in leadership and personal development programs.
• Provide accurate information about digital education programs products and virtual events.
• Conduct professional telephone and online conversations using established communication processes.
• Follow up enquiries and support prospective customers through the information and enrolment process.
• Undertake marketing and customer-engagement activities using established digital systems.
• Maintain organised records of enquiries and communications.
• Participate in ongoing product communication and professional-development training.
• Manage your own day-to-day activities within the contractor framework.
