About your new employer:

About the role:

• Advise landlords and tenants on property transaction and commercial leasing matters.
• Assist the corporate team with the property aspects of commercial and M&A transactions.
• Working on matters involving property investment development and finance.
• Drafting reviewing and negotiating a range of property and commercial agreements.
• Managing matters independently while working closely with Partners and other lawyers.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 35 years PQE with strong experience across property transactions and commercial leasing.
• Excellent drafting communication and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded enthusiastic and comfortable managing matters independently.
• Interested in developing long-term client relationships and building a profile within the industry.
