About the Role NEPEAN Conveyors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laggers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the mining and conveyor maintenance industry. No prior experience is required full training will be provided for the right candidates.
As a Lagger you will assist with installing maintaining and replacing conveyor pulley lagging and related components across various mine sites and workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the installation and replacement of conveyor pulley lagging
Support conveyor maintenance and repair tasks
Work safely in workshop and mine site environments
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and supervisors
What Were Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Good attitude toward safety and teamwork
Valid drivers licence (preferred)
Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol testing
