About the Role
NEPEAN Conveyors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Laggers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the mining and conveyor maintenance industry. No prior experience is required full training will be provided for the right candidates.

As a Lagger you will assist with installing maintaining and replacing conveyor pulley lagging and related components across various mine sites and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and replacement of conveyor pulley lagging
• Support conveyor maintenance and repair tasks
• Work safely in workshop and mine site environments
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and supervisors

What Were Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good attitude toward safety and teamwork
• Valid drivers licence (preferred)
• Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol testing
