Job Summary

- Breakfast Cook x 2
Breakfast Cook (Casual) Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with food preparation across all service periods
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Keep your work area clean organised and hygienic
- Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices
- Receive check and store deliveries in line with procedures
- Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Qualifications :
Breakfast Cook (Casual) Skills & Qualifications
- Food Handling Certificate essential or willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen preferred although entry-level applicants will be considered
- Basic knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients safely and efficiently
- Sound understanding of food safety hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Ability to remain organised and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable motivated and willing to learn
- Flexibility to work early mornings weekends and public holidays
