Join Each as a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator and help deliver projects that create safe functional and welcoming environments for our clients employees and communities. This is a great opportunity to build your project management career while gaining experience across infrastructure property workplace improvement and strategic projects in a large not-for-profit organisation.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Projects youll support the planning coordination and delivery of infrastructure property and workplace improvement projects across Each. Working closely with contractors consultants and internal stakeholders youll help keep projects on track through effective coordination reporting governance and stakeholder engagement.
This role provides exposure to project governance procurement contract administration budgeting risk management change management and healthcare infrastructure project delivery. It offers an opportunity to build practical project management skills and progressively take ownership of smaller projects over time.
What youll be doing
- Supporting the planning coordination and delivery of infrastructure property and workplace improvement projects.
- Maintaining project schedules plans action registers and project documentation.
- Supporting procurement contract administration and financial administration activities.
- Monitoring project progress and supporting risk issue and budget management.
- Coordinating meetings workshops site inspections and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Preparing reports presentations meeting minutes and project communications.
- Assisting with project close-out handover documentation defects management and lessons learned activities.
- Supporting project governance compliance and funding-related reporting requirements.
Travel Requirement: This role involves regular travel between Each sites and occasional interstate travel to support project delivery stakeholder engagement and site inspections.
What youll bring
- Tertiary qualification or currently completing studies in Project Management Construction Management Business or Property or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Experience in project coordination administration or support roles.
- Exposure to infrastructure capital works fit-out relocation or workplace improvement projects is highly regarded.
- Understanding of project management principles governance and reporting.
- Strong organisational communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and solve problems effectively.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
- Current Drivers Licence.
