IT Systems Administrator

Were looking for an IT Systems Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise technology platforms across Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management Endpoint Management and infrastructure services.

In this role youll play a key part in maintaining secure reliable and compliant systems while driving automation operational excellence and continuous improvement across cloud and on-premises environments.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Administer Microsoft 365 Entra ID Active Directory Intune and endpoint environments
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding access management and offboarding
• Support security compliance and operational governance across enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure endpoint and identity-related issues
• Contribute to incident response disaster recovery and business continuity activities
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell Power Automate and AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot

Qualifications :

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Active Directory/Entra ID and Intune environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows macOS networking and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of identity and access management endpoint compliance and security best practices
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and technology innovation
