As an IT Solution Engineer within ourStrategyand Architecture teamyoullplay a key role delivering enterprise connectivity and infrastructure initiatives across Aurecons regional business.

Working closely with Solutions Architects projectteamsand operational support teamsyoullhelp implement and delivera variety ofinfrastructure solutions thatincludeoffice relocations new project and JV office setups enterprise software deployments securityinitiativesand network modernisation programs across the organisation.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step beyond operational support and into a more project-focused engineering environment whereyoullgain exposure to architecture strategicinitiativesand enterprise-scale delivery.

In this role you will:

• Work alongside Solution Architects to implement enterprise connectivity and infrastructure designs across the business

• Deliver technical solutions relating to office relocations new office stand-ups projectenvironmentsand infrastructure deployments

• Support security and network modernisation initiatives across Aurecons enterprise environment

• Configure and deploy enterprise networking technologies including Cisco wirelessroutingand switching platforms

• Contribute to infrastructure uplift and transformation projects across ANZ and Asia

• Partner with operational support teams to support transition and continuity of services where

• Assistwith technical troubleshooting outageresponseand deployment activities across business-critical environments

• Contribute to High-Level Designs (HLDs) Detailed Level Designs (DLDs)and technical documentation

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including office leaders projectteamsand business representatives

• Translate technical concepts into practical and understandable outcomes for stakeholders across the business

• Support knowledge transfer and transition activities into operational support teams

Whatyoullbring

• Approximately 5 years experience within enterprise networkinginfrastructureor connectivity engineering environments

• Experience working within corporate enterprise or managed services environments

• Strong experience across Cisco networking technologies including routingswitchingand wireless environments

• Exposure to enterprise networking and security technologies such as Cisco ISE wireless controllersMerakior network segmentation technologies

• Experience supporting infrastructure projectsdeploymentsor enterprise technology rollouts

• Strong troubleshootingproblem-solvingand analytical capability

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced delivery environments

• Strong documentation capability and attention to detail

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly regarded
