Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across our national organisation. Working closely with the Head of Technology Customer Experience youll lead IT service management change management vendor performance operational communications and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our technology services are reliable efficient and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and improve ITSM and ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Manage technology change activities communications and business readiness.
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding technology processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships software licensing and technology assets.
  • Support technology project delivery and operational governance.
  • Drive service improvements automation and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead coach and develop team members while promoting a customer-first culture.

Qualifications :

About You

  • 5 years experience in IT Service Delivery IT Operations or ITSM leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
  • Experience in change management vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to deliver service improvements and manage operational performance.
  • Excellent communication leadership and relationship-building skills.

Highly Regarded

  • ITIL certification.
  • PRINCE2 PMP Agile or Scrum certifications.
  • Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Azure and managed service providers.
