Please note this is a permanent full time role based in Toll groups head office in Melbourne VIC.
Toll Group is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist Networks to join our Group IT Infrastructure Operations team based in Melbourne.
This role will see you act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across enterprise networking supporting the design implementation and optimisation of network infrastructure in a global environment. Youll play a key role in maintaining business-critical systems while contributing to new and emerging technologies.
As the IT Infrastructure Specialist Networks youll be responsible for:
Provide expert-level support across network infrastructure environments
Design implement and optimise network solutions and architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents (break/fix)
Support configuration performance and reliability of network systems
Apply strong analytical skills to identify issues and deliver root cause analysis
Work closely with internal stakeholders to prioritise business-critical incidents
Contribute to continuous improvement and infrastructure enhancements
About You
To be successful in the role you will have:
Strong experience across enterprise networking environments.
Experience with Zscaler (preferred/critical platform)
Relevant network or infrastructure certifications
Exposure to enterprise/global IT environments
