About your new job
The IT Analyst will report to the IT and Business Solution Manager. The IT Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining user requirements for various systems. They actively identify opportunities and issues where IT solutions can enhance business operations or specific team functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving business systems including SAP B1 and other software platforms.
- Contributing to the future development of the organisations ERP platform.
- Developing and supporting SQL based applications Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiency.
- Assisting with the planning design and delivery of IT projects.
- Testing new developments and resolving technical issues before implementation.
- Creating system documentation and user guides.
- Sharing knowledge supporting team members and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
About you
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL and SAP B1.
- Knowledge Power Apps and Power Automate development and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Well developed communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.
