Our Opportunity

Due to internal changes and growth we are currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to join our team based in Campbelltown NSW in the permanent full-time position of Inventory and Warehouse Coordinator. This hands-on role will see the successful applicants duties include:

  • Purchasing of spare parts and consumables
  • Spare parts enquiries and sales
  • Picking packing and preservation of spare parts
  • Quality checks and control
  • Receiving and despatch
  • Cycle counting and stocktake
  • Housekeeping of warehouse and work area
  • Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies

The Right Person

To be considered for this opportunity you will have:

  • Between 3 5 years experience in warehousing
  • Experience in sales and customer service
  • Experience in freight bookings e.g. TNT TOLL DHL etc.
  • Prior experience in a similar warehouse role within industrial mining materials handling or manufacturing industries (Highly desirable but not essential)
  • PRONTO or equivalent ERP system experience is essential coupled with good computer literacy
  • Effective written and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of responsibility and problem-solving
  • Current Australian Drivers License.
  • Forklift license (Preferred)
  • Current work rights in Australia.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police background check and a Pre-Employment Medical check
