Synergie is seeking an Inventory Clerk for a leading chemical and paint manufacturer located in Clayton.

Important parts

• Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm
• Pay rate: $36 per hour super
• Location: Clayton VIC
• Start date: Immediate start available

What you will be required to do

• Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.
• Receipting of materials either from factory or from external supplier into ERP system.
• Processing of warehouse orders either for manufacturing or for external supply.
• Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines physical stock matches system stock data either through paper based or RF scanning.
• Manual handling of up to 10kg

To be successful in the role you will

• Forklift license and experience highly desired but not required
• Have previous experience in inventory coordination warehousing or manufacturing
• Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically in EXCEL and Outlook
• SAP experience ideal but not essential
• Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong problem solving and communication skills
• Have full working rights in Australia
• Have reliable transport to travel to Clayton
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and compliance
