Integrated Demand Planner 12 Month FTC

Here at LION were looking for an Integrated Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our York Street office in Sydney.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Planning and joining a team of five youll play a key role in connecting Sales and Supply to build an accurate aligned view of demand across the Australian market. Youll combine data commercial insight and strong cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting optimise inventory and support better business decisions.

What youll do:

• Build and own the 12-month demand plan blending data market insights and customer intelligence

• Partner across Sales Marketing Supply Chain and Finance to align demand with big-picture business goals

• Lead scenario planning and strategies to enhance productivity boost efficiency and delight customers

• Drive the S&OP / ITP process manage risks and collaborate directly with customers to enrich forecasts

• Challenge the status quo improving tools processes and ways of working for a stronger smarter supply chain

What youll bring:

• A degree in Supply Chain Business or a related field

• Experience in Demand Planning S&OP or Supply Chain (FMCG &/or Customer experience a bonus!)

• Sharp analytical skills strong stakeholder management and a knack for making complex data actionable

• Experience with SAP IBP/APO

• Big-picture thinking with an eye for detail and a passion for making an impact
