Integrated Business Director

About the role

At Accenture Song we create growth through relevance creativity technology and experience. Within our creative agency Droga5 we are looking for an Integrated Business Director to lead complex client relationships drive integrated marketing programs and bring together multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that moves people culture and business outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy creativity social PR and client partnership. Youll be responsible for aligning diverse stakeholders guiding cross-functional teams and helping our clients solve their most important business challenges through connected impactful work.

What youll do

• Lead senior client relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.

• Drive integrated marketing programs across brand social earned and content channels.

• Partner with strategy creative production and media teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Align multiple stakeholder groups around a shared vision and roadmap.

• Champion bold innovative thinking that drives growth and builds brand equity.

• Manage commercial performance campaign delivery and business growth opportunities.

• Mentor and develop high-performing teams across multiple disciplines.

• Ensure integrated campaigns are delivered efficiently while maintaining creative excellence.

What were looking for

• 5 - 10 years experience in client service account management business leadership or integrated marketing roles within a creative media digital or communications agency environment.

• Proven experience leading complex multi-channel marketing and brand programs.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets forecasting and driving business growth.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior client decision-makers.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across strategy creative social PR media and production.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity balance competing priorities and align diverse stakeholders around a common vision.

• Passion for creativity and the ability to connect creative ambition with measurable business outcomes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience coaching mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

• Strong presentation communication and consulting skills with confidence operating in client-facing environments.
