Inside Sales Team Lead
Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Inside Sales Team Lead based in Melbourne. Youll manage the overall performance and strategic direction of inside sales teams ensuring alignment with field sales and sector strategies while driving revenue growth through high-performance teams. You will manage the evolution from inbound-focused to outbound hunter approach across your team.

What youll do as Inside Sales Consultant:
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth through high-performing teams
Set and monitor KPIs across teams delivering substantial revenue targets
Build and optimize team structures for both inbound and outbound effectiveness
Ensure alignment with field sales and marketing
Manage inside sales headcount and resources
Drive continuous improvement and capability development across your team via regular coaching sessions performance reviews and development planning
Build and maintain strong working relationships with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) Field Sales Consultants Senior Service Technicians Operations Managers Engineering and Technical Teams
Act as the key escalation point for complex customer opportunities and internal sales support requirements
Support key customer meetings solution discussions and strategic account reviews
You are/ have:
Experience in B2B sales leadership or sales team management
Ideally have experience within Power Generation Temporary Power HVAC Industrial Equipment Rental Energy Mining Utilities Construction or Industrial Services sectors
Proven experience managing and developing Inside Sales or Business Development teams
Ideally have experience managing dispersed teams across multiple locations
Strong knowledge of consultative sales methodologies and solution selling
Experience working closely with Field Sales and Operations teams
Excellent communication coaching and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial and analytical capabilities
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities across different regions and business segments
