About the Role

Were looking for an
Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to join our IT team working alongside our Senior Infrastructure Administrator and reporting to the CIO. Youll play a key role in supporting and evolving the infrastructure that powers both Buildsafe and BuildCam.

This is a hands-on role combining enterprise systems administration with physical infrastructure deployment. From commissioning servers expanding storage and configuring networks to managing Windows Server Docker IIS and Microsoft 365 environments no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Build deploy and maintain enterprise server storage and network infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server Active Directory Group Policy DNS IIS and Microsoft 365.
• Deploy and manage Docker containers and hosted applications.
• Monitor infrastructure performance security backups and disaster recovery.
• Configure and support switches firewalls VPNs and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and support branch deployments.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects automation documentation and continuous improvement.

About You

Youll ideally have:

• Permanent working rights in Australia (essential)
• 3 years experience in Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
• Strong Windows Server Active Directory DNS and Group Policy experience.
• Experience with IIS Docker and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware and NAS/storage platforms (Synology highly regarded).
• Solid networking knowledge (switches VLANs VPNs and firewalls).
• PowerShell or scripting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting documentation and organisational skills.
• A passion for AI automation and continuous improvement.
