Job Summary

PRFS (Perth Region Field Services) are seeking a highly motivated and tenacious individual to provide troubleshooting and user support to mobile device and desktop users of Works Management to assure efficient safe and quality execution of the deliver services process.

What you can expect with this role :

Provisioning of PDA devices for new starters and contractors

Support scheduling staff with Work Order Management

Provide 1:1 and group trainings to new and existing users on the Deliver Services process

Provide a first point of call for field desktop and mobile phone user support

Managing PDA and accessory level inventories contact details usernames and access over employee and contractor life cycle

Log and track IT tickets and escalate significant issues and improvement opportunities to IT and to Operations Analytics

Timely rectification and/or provision of support to rectify Work order errors

Influencing key stakeholders via Toolbox Operational daily review and commitment meetings

Influencing key stakeholders within IT technical working group meetings and CIS forums

Conduct UAT testing

Your skills and experience :

Substantial experience in a high volume fast-paced operational environment

Excellent customer service standards problem-solving and inter-personal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous field or scheduling experience would be highly regarded

Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the use and application of business related IT systems (e.g. SAP PM Maximo Grange)
