This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking to build a long-term career in Industrial Sales & Leasing. Whether youre currently working in property have recently completed your studies or have some early exposure to commercial real estate youll be supported by experienced industry professionals who will help you develop your skills market knowledge and personal brand.

Youll gain hands-on experience across sales leasing business development and client relationship management while learning from some of the markets leading operators. With access to industry-leading systems training and resources youll have everything you need to accelerate your growth and establish yourself in one of Melbournes most active industrial markets.

As an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive youll assist in the sale and leasing of industrial properties across Melbournes East and South-East regions support client engagements build market relationships and contribute to identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications :

Were looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Up to 12 months experience in commercial real estate property sales customer-facing roles or a related field
• A genuine interest in building a career in Industrial & Logistics real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Curiosity resilience and a willingness to learn
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders
• A commercial mindset and eagerness to develop business development skills
• A current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain)
