About the Role
Aegis Aged Care is looking to expand its small but resourceful Central Office ICT Services Team. This is a fulltime position located in Burswood close to Public Transport with street parking available.
As an integral part of the team you will:
Provide effective delivery of specialist ICT advice support and consultancy services across the Aegis Aged Care Group.
Assist in the distribution and installation of both hard- and software across the Aegis Aged Care Group.
Assist with the management of the ICT Helpdesk and phone to resolve incoming requests in a timely effective and friendly manner.
Undertake ICT related administrative tasks and produce relevant documentation.
About you
AD DC DNS GPO VM MDM SIP should not just be alphabet soup or total mysteries to you.
Whilst we are looking at experience a keen interest in all things IT and a willingness to share knowledge with the other team members and our external partners is just as important.
With incoming requests solutions are sought remotely but there will also be a requirement to travel to our Perth Metro or Busselton Facilities.
Ensuring all centrally managed services are kept up to date secure and running smoothly on our Nutanix clusters is another important job of the team as is writing well-structured documentation.
We dont have rigid position descriptions as tasks can shift amongst all team members so there is a myriad of learning opportunities.
Experience with any of the following: PHP CSS HTML Swift Laravel SQL and Nginx is a plus.
