We are looking for motivated HVAC & Refrigeration Apprentices to join our growing teams across Rockhampton QLD.

Whether youre already undertaking an apprenticeship and looking to further develop your skills or youre looking to start your career in the HVAC and refrigeration industry this is an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while working across a diverse range of commercial and industrial sites.

• Assist with the installation service and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Work alongside qualified technicians on commercial and industrial sites
• Diagnose faults and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues
• Learn industry best practices and technical procedures
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Contribute to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
• Complete required training and apprenticeship competencies

• A genuine passion for the HVAC and refrigeration industry
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Current drivers licence or the ability to obtain one
• White Card
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Full Australian working rights

• Previous experience in a trade or construction environment
• Current apprenticeship in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Additional industry tickets or certifications
• Basic hand tool experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
