As a Human Resources Business Partner you will be a trusted voice at the table; influencing leaders lifting capability and strengthening culture across the business.
You will:
- Partner directly with an Executive portfolio building trusted relationships and becoming a genuine advisor to senior leaders and your Executive.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across your portfolio.
- Provide practical commercially sound HR advice that helps leaders make confident people decisions.
- Manage complex employee relations and case work with care consistency and sound judgement.
- Build strong relationships across the business creating credibility through responsiveness curiosity and follow-through.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels balancing people outcomes business needs and risk.
- Take ownership of exciting people projects and drive them end to end from planning and stakeholder engagement through to implementation and embedding.
- Bring energy judgement and a solutions-focused mindset to a role where no two days look the same.

- Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace frameworks
- A confident thoughtful approach to coaching and influencing leaders
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for people
