HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team partnering with leaders and employees across our Harvey Fresh and Forrestdale sites to drive business performance and foster a high-engagement culture.

Reporting to the Site Manager with a dotted line to the Head of HR - Industrial you will partner with leaders and employees to deliver high impact HR and IR solutions that drive business performance and foster a culture aligned to Lactalis values.

This is a true business partnering role providing expert advice and support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle while leading strategic HR initiatives employee relations matters and industrial negotiations. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders managers and employees helping build leadership capability and create a positive and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead all HR processes and initiatives across the Harvey Fresh and Forrestdale sites.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR ER and IR matters.
• Coach and support leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations and union engagement.
• Liaise with Fair Work and other external stakeholders on industrial matters.
• Drive recruitment onboarding talent and succession planning activities.
• Engage with Learning & Development toplan budget and track training needs for the site
• Proactively develop and implement communication cultural and employee engagement improvement initiatives.

About you:

You are a hands-on HR professional with strong ER and IR expertise who enjoys partnering with operational leaders and influencing positive people outcomes. You will bring:

• Experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex ER and IR matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management coaching and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
