Grain Site Worker
Job Summary
Boolah is seeking reliable harvest workers to join our Northern grain site team for the upcoming harvest season.
Fixed-term harvest contract
Start date: 28 September 2026
Approximately 10 weeks of harvest work
Duties will include a mix of hands-on grain site work throughout harvest including:
- Operating a front-end loader
- Grain quality testing/sampling & data collection
- Tarp work
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Silo work
- General site cleaning and maintenance
Work will be across two grain sites one located approximately 51 km north-east of Moree and the other approximately 52 km north of Moree. The ability to travel between sites is required. Applicants must hold a valid drivers licence and have their own transport as no public transport is available.
Were looking for people who are reliable safety-focused and comfortable working outdoors as part of a team during a busy harvest period. Previous grain handling harvest or machinery experience is preferred but not essential for the right person with a good attitude and willingness to learn.
Fixed-term contract commencing 28 September 2026 for approximately 10 weeks subject to harvest conditions.
Competitive pay rates based on experience.
Single-bed donga accommodation is available on site if required.
