Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven General Manager In Home & Community Support (IHCS) to provide strategic leadership across one of estaras largest service portfolios.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving operational performance financial sustainability workforce capability and high-quality person-centred service delivery. You will lead transformational initiatives that strengthen productivity enhance client outcomes and support long-term organisational success.

Your Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction and operational performance of the IHCS portfolio.
  • Drive financial sustainability through effective budget workforce and service management.
  • Deliver safe high-quality person-centred services aligned with NDIS standards.
  • Strengthen governance risk management and organisational reporting.
  • Inspire and develop a large multidisciplinary workforce.
  • Lead service improvement innovation and transformational change.
  • Build strong relationships with participants families employees funders and key stakeholders.

About You

You will bring:

  • Senior leadership experience in disability aged care or community services.
  • Strong operational financial and commercial management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS and community service delivery.
  • Experience leading large geographically dispersed teams.
  • A proven track record in service improvement and organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.

Special Conditions

  • Current South Australian drivers licence.
  • DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (minimum six months validity).
  • Ability to undertake intrastate travel and occasional work outside standard business hours.
