Gardening and Mowing Team Leader

About the Role

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for working alongside a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in their work.

• Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
• Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
• Complete service requests as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What are we looking for

• Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers brush cutters hedgers secateurs planting laying turf irrigation and mulching
• Valid Manual Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Highly regarded: Working at heights ACDC licence EWP Working with Children
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
• Be punctual and reliable
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
• Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
