Clemenger Group Limited Retail Services is looking for motivated adaptable and confident merchandisers to join our National Field Team. We have merchandising opportunities available to start ASAP near you!

We are looking for someone with the ability to work and excel within a fast-paced retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of brands and products including beauty gift cards household cleaning grocery personal care and more in major retailers like Coles Priceline and Big W!

About the Role:

You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as planograms/relays point of sale set-up pricing and ticketing in a variety of retail stores.

To be successful in this role youll need:

• Fantastic communication skills to build relationships with store staff
• Attention to detail to execute tasks accurately
• Solution Orientated
• The ability to lift up to 15kg
• Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle
• Ability to receive Point of Sale items to home address
• Confidence in using smart devices and apps

Previous merchandising experience is preferred but we would consider similar experience from different sectors. If you are willing to learn and have a great attitude then you might just be what were looking for.

Salary $67 693.74 $1 per km

Contracted Hours 

• 76 ordinary hours per fortnight 
• Daily hour guide: between 8:00am6:00pm Monday to Friday 
• Daily hours guide: Minimum 7 Maximum 9 
• Must dedicate full working time Monday Friday to the company 

Task & Time Management (TIS) 

• TIS is a guide only; claim actual time spent 
• If likely to exceed 38 hours/week flag in advance for approval 
• If under 38 hours flag early so TL can assign extra work 
• No weekend or public holiday work 
• Overtime only applies when necessary to complete a task 
• Reps must manage their hours proactively and raise shortfalls during the week 

 Travel Guidelines 

• Follow efficient travel routes 
• No claim for travel to first store of the day or from last store to home 
• Paid for first call to last call including in-between travel time & KMs 
• Location services & geotagging used for validation 
• Call cycle radius: Up to 40km 
• Where possible complete all store activities in one visit 
• Regular TL catchups to track progress and results 

KPIs: 

• Capacity planning: 76 hours/FN 
• Activity Completion: >99% 
• Weekly Activity Planning: >99% by Monday AM
