Front End Loader Operator

The Role:

Due to continued growth MCA Engineering is expanding its team to support a major 6 month project at a mine site in North West Queensland. Both local residents and DIDO candidates are encouraged to apply. FIFO candidates from Townsville Cairns or Brisbane will be considered. The roster is 8:6.

The project covers a broad range of underground construction and services works including pump stations and pumps ventilation walls pipe installation and other associated underground infrastructure.

About You:

• Current drivers licence
• Front end loader operator qualification
• Underground experience required
• Must be able to operate a front end loader with a man basket
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Mining experience is advantageous
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
• Additional tickets and experience that would be highly regarded include: Rigging Dogging Franna Non Slew Excavator ticket HR Licence
