About the Roles

As part of our Food & Beverage team you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience responsibilities may include:

• Delivering friendly professional and efficient service across our restaurants bars and events spaces
• Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurant service functions and guest experiences
• Leading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Supervisor positions)
• Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectations
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness presentation and workplace safety

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a hotel resort restaurant or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred)
• Current RSA certification
• Current Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• For Supervisor roles previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred
