Food and Beverage Outlets Manager

You will be overseeing our Food and Beverage Outlets:

• Goldfinch Restaurant & Street Café
• Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar
• KG Sports Bar 
• In Room Dining

As the ideal candidate you will have experience in a similar leadership position and a passion for people and service. You must be able to multitask at a high-level whist developing individual team members and the team as a whole.  You will also have a hands-on management style and be flexible with working across a variety of shifts.

As Food and Beverage Outlets Manager you will:

• Lead the team in a hands-on capacity ensuring a consistent and proactive approach
• Manage daily service flow across the hotel restaurant bars and in room dining
• Driving revenue through team training initiatives and developing team
• Proactively reviewing service standards and training team to meet the standards
• Proactively creating unique experiences tailored to the guests
• Ordering & stock control
• Maintaining Food Beverage and wage costs in line with budget
• Maintaining and improving safety & hygiene standards
• Employee recruitment training and development including - people succession planning for sustainable success

Qualifications :

Qualifications  

• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends mornings nights and public holidays 

• Excellent verbal / written communication skills 
• Rostering and forecasting competency
• Food knowledge
• Wine knowledge
• Training and development capabilities
• Strong people leadership ability

• A true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence 

• RMLV & Approved Managers Licence or willing to obtain
