About the Role

This is a fantasticearly career opportunityfor someone who is organised calm under pressure and keen to build a career in transport operations. We are seeking candidates with some previous experience/ exposure to similar roles.Training will be provided for an early career candidate able to demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.

As a Fleet Allocator youll play a critical role in coordinating our daytoday transport operations. You will be responsible for multitasking in a fastmoving environment with a very low margin for error including:

• Allocating drivers and appropriate vehicles to meet ondemand pickup calls as they are received
• Rescheduling and balancing driver workloads in response to unplanned events or delays
• Liaising with contact centre consultants health facilities and allied transport services
• Supporting the smooth running of our service through timely decisionmaking and effective communication

About You

Were looking for someone who is eager to learn and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone wanting to grow their established skills and capability in the transport logistics or scheduling field.

You will have:

• Demonstrable ability to work in a fastpaced highpressure environment
• Strong planning and problemsolving skills with sound judgement and the ability to prioritise
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Good mapreading abilities and ability to use GPS devices
• Experience with navigation or dispatch systems preferred
• Experience in highvolume allocation preferred

Requirements

• Must hold or be able to obtain aYellow Card
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of the roster
