Job Summary

Support NTVs finance and administration functions in a values-led organisation working to end family violence.

No to Violence is Australias peak body for individuals and organisations that work with men that use violence. We provide training sector development and advocacy across the sector. We operate the Mens Referral Service providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence. As a pro-feminist organisation women and children are at the centre of what we do by ending mens use of family violence families individuals and communities are safer.

About the role

Role Type: Permanent Full-time/Part-time (0.8 1.0 FTE)

Classification: SCHADS Level 4

Location: Melbourne/hybrid

The Finance and Administration Officer is the key member of our professional efficient and helpful team and will work in close collaboration with the Head of Finance and office team tosupport diverse innovative and inclusive programs activities and events. The role calls for excellent administrative financial management and bookkeeping skills attention to detail high levels of financial reporting and data entry skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.

Were looking for someone who can:

  • Administer the organisation end to end payroll
  • Process invoices payments and receipts
  • Support reconciliations and financial records
  • Assist with reporting and acquittals
  • Maintain accurate finance documentation
  • Provide reception and front office supports
  • Assist the Quality Risk and Compliance team with administrative tasks as required

About you

You are an organised and detail-focused finance and administration professional who enjoys getting the fundamentals right. You bring strong numerical accuracy sound judgement and a service mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Experience in finance administration payroll process and bookkeeping services.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Confidence using finance systems Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to NTVs values and purpose
