How you will make contributions that matter

Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Finance Analyst - Warehouse based at our Southbank office. Reporting to the Finance Manager - Supply Chain you will provide financial analysis reporting forecasting and commercial support across our warehouse operations including internal and third-party logistics activities.

Key elements of your role will include:

  • Partnering with warehouse leaders and operational stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial analysis
  • Leading budgeting and forecasting activities across warehouse and 3PL operations
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reporting variance analysis and KPI dashboards
  • Monitoring warehouse costs and identifying risks opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Developing financial models to support operational planning and decision-making
  • Supporting business cases capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Validating 3PL costs and invoices to improve transparency and cost accuracy
  • Maintaining strong financial controls governance and reporting integrity
  • Providing financial support across Supply Chain Commercial FP&A and S&OP

About you
  • CA or CPA qualification (Or working towards)
  • Experience in finance logistics warehouse operations or supply chain finance
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operational stakeholders
  • Strong commercial understanding of warehouse supply chain and 3PL cost structures
  • Advanced financial modelling variance analysis and KPI reporting skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • SAP or similar ERP experience
  • Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and genuine focus on continuous improvement
