CrewSELECT is recruiting experienced Industrial Electricians to join a leading electrical contractor on a permanent full-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major mineral processing plant expansion with an initial 2-3 month project and years of ongoing work secured for high-performing electricians. Whats on Offer

• Permanent full-time employment
• Immediate mobilisation available
• Initial 2-3 month project with long-term opportunities to follow
• FIFO 2:1 roster
• 12-hour shifts
• $51.50 per hour plus penalty rates
• $4.00 per hour site allowance
• $160 Project Incentive Payment (PIP) accrued per full week and paid upon successful completion of the project
• $35 per week Protect Insurance contribution
• 5 hours of online inductions paid at ordinary rates

Project Scope

You will join the construction team delivering the electrical and instrumentation works for the expansion of an existing mineral processing facility.

Key project areas include:

• New crushing circuit including ROM primary secondary and tertiary crushers
• Transfer station screen building surge bin and lime silo
• Associated conveyor systems
• New mill building
• New Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) tanks
• Three new LV switchrooms and transformers
• New HV switchroom
• High voltage reticulation
• Electrical commissioning support as required

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial electrical installation and construction
• Cable tray installation cable pulling and terminations
• Installation of switchboards MCCs and electrical equipment
• Installation of HV and LV infrastructure
• Testing and commissioning support
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

Flights & Mobilisation

• FIFO roster with Friday fly-in/fly-out schedule
• Fly-in departure approximately 5:30am Friday
• Paid for a full 12-hour day on fly-in days
• Fly-out departs approximately 8:00am Friday commencing your R&R (unpaid)
• Pre-employment medical must be completed at least 8 days prior to mobilisation

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Previous industrial construction or commissioning experience
• Current LVR/CPR
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
• White Card
• Current Drivers Licence
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Strong commitment to safety quality and teamwork
