The Role
Take charge of kitchen operations ensuringhigh standardsof food quality safety and service.
Guide your team develop menus and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
Maximise stock utilisation andmaintaincosteffectiveoperations
Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service
The Person
Have full working rights in Australia
Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
Proficient computer skills for planning and reporting
Able to passpreemploymentmedical drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance
