Job Summary
Salary - $130938 plus superannuation
- FIFO from Perth in a 8/6 roster

ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or villages for remote workers providing the essential comforts from a hot meal a clean bed freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
The Role
- Take charge of kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality safety and service.
- Guide your team develop menus and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
- Maximise stock utilisation and maintain costeffective operations
- Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service
The Person
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Must be formally trained in Cantonese Sichuan and other Eastern cuisine
- Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
- Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance
- Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards
