Salary - $130938 plus superannuation

ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or villages for remote workers providing the essential comforts from a hot meal a clean bed freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

The Role

• Take charge of kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality safety and service.
• Guide your team develop menus and create inclusive dining environments that support people working in remote areas.
• Maximise stock utilisation and maintain costeffective operations
• Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to constantly improve day-today service

The Person

• Have full working rights in Australia
• Must be formally trained in Cantonese Sichuan and other Eastern cuisine
• Must hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate
• Strong knowledge of traditional culinary techniques and food safety standards
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening and National Police Clearance
• Passionate about sharing your culinary heritage and elevating dining standards
