Were looking for a mechanically minded Field Service Technician to join our high-performing team in Melbourne VIC. Whether you have direct doors experience or come from a related hands-on background we would love to hear from you.

No two days are the same as you manage the equipment and servicing of KONEs automatic doors roller shutters and gates across low-rise housing through to the worlds tallest skyscrapers.

What will you be doing

• Carry out preventative maintenance on automatic doors roller shutters and gates.

• Attend callouts and breakdowns.

• Carry out installation and commissioning activities.

• Ensure all work is completed in line with KONE policies and procedures including health safety and quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the local region delivering high-quality service and support.

What are we looking for

• 3 years hands-on experience in a maintenance or service position.

• Experience in the doors industry is an advantage but not essential.

• Backgrounds in whitegoods appliances electronics or similar service/repair roles are highly regarded.

• Full drivers licence required.

• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.

• Customer service mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
