JOBDESCRIPTION
A great career opportunity has arisen withinLiverpool City Council for an experienced and energetic Field Inspector. As akey member of the Maintenance Planning and Reporting Team you will be thefirst point of contact for all customer enquires relating to road openings andvehicular crossings.

You will also be responsible for providing firstcall response identifying any issues making sound judgment to determine theappropriate response to resolve the issue and to ensure that the site is safeat all times.

You will also be required to inspect and approvedriveway constructions assess and issue road opening permits and managerestoration works.

ABOUT YOU
To be successful you willpossess exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. You willalso be required to meet the daily demands of this position.

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Construction/Maintenance field and/or equivalent extensive field experience;
• Construction Induction accreditation;
• Current Class C Drivers Licence; and
• Knowledge and application of Work Health and Safety practices the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity ethical practice and multi-cultural diversity.
