FEMALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS WANNEROO

We are building a team of experiencedfemale Disability Support Workersto support two women living in their home.

Experience & Requirements
  • Certificate III or higher in Mental Health Community Services Disability Individual Support Allied Health Assistance or another relevant qualification
  • Experience supporting people with mental health psychosocial disability and/or behaviours of concern
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Medication competency and relevant NDIS mandatory training
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current drivers licence and access to a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal teamwork and documentation skills
The Role

This is a24/7 supported living environment with a combination of 1:1 and 2:1 supports.

We are looking to establish a stable core team so consistency and reliability are important. Participant-specific training will be provided before commencing work along with ongoing support and coaching from our leadership team.

Youll be joining a collaborative workplace with a strong focus on teamwork and working alongside the broader multidisciplinary team.
