The F&B Breakfast Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive service strong menu knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role requires attention to detail efficiency and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
Job description:
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly professional manner at Atria the host desk.
- Review in house package reports to identify guests with breakfast inclusion.
- Take and process food and beverage orders offer recommendations and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Assist breakfast service team where required by F&B management.
- Ensure prompt accurate service with high standards of presentation.
- Monitor inventory assist with ordering and restocking and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen bar housekeeping and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Adhere to all health safety and hygiene regulations and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
About You:
- An up-to-date Victorian RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Barista skills highly regarded
- Working rights in Australia
- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
