What this job involves:

Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our RESIpm team! In the role you will work collaboratively within the Team across complex mixed use strata assets.

A snapshot of the role:

• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
• Manage multiple buildings within the precinct
• Ensure common property areas an Shared Facilities are kept in exceptional presentation
• Provide superior levels of customer service
• Opportunity for leadership role

Sound like you This is what were looking for:

• Experience in facilities management or building operations and or complex mixed use projects.
• Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
• Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication highly organisation and close attention to detail
