Expression of Interest Care Partner Support Elizabeth Location

We are calling for an Expression of Interest for a Care Partner Support.

Located at our Northern Community Site at Elizabeth this role is offered as a six month full-time secondment role. In this role it is expected you will demonstrate personal responsibility effective communication and adaptability while consistently delivering high-quality service aligned with Resthavens values. This includes clear and respectful communication active listening and providing timely updates.

Selection Criteria

Essential

• Strong Administrative and Customer Service Skills
• Appropriately trained aged care workers with relevant experience.
• An empathy and understanding of issues for older people their families and carers
• Knowledge and experience of quality systems for evidence-based care coupled with effective written and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to supporting older people to remain at home in the community
• Demonstrated computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic client care systems
• A current SA drivers license

Desirable

. The following qualifications are highly recommended:

• Diploma of Nursing
• Certificate III in individual Support (Ageing) or Health Services Assistance
• Certificate IV in Aged Care Disability or Community Services
• Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
• Diploma of Ageing Studies and services
